Hi again. It seems like the weeks are just flying by. Does anyone else think that!? I cannot believe this week is Thanksgiving.
Here again are the last week in workouts.
Monday- Treadmill- 3 miles in 40 minutes
Tuesday- Treadmill 30 minutes interval training with max speed 5.3 mph
Wednesday- Treadmill 3 miles/ 38 minutes
Thursday- Crossfit 60 minutes including workout, warmup and cooldown
Friday- Treadmill 20 minutes walk
Saturday- rest- cooking for Thanksgiving
As you can see, I did a lot of treadmill workouts this week. It has been super cold here in Michigan with even a little dusting of snow at the end of the week. I was working in the office too which means I don’t get out of work until 4:30pm which means by the time I get home it is dark. Harley has not been a happy camper. Today the plan is to go around the neighborhood with him to blow off some steam. It is still hunting season which sadly means we cannot go to the park for several more weeks. 😦
