Hi all. It’s that time of the week again where I think back to my weekly workouts and become accountable for week. So, here goes.
Sunday- Harley and I went to the nature preserve but it started raining so we had to come home…..after only 10 minutes. So, it doesn’t count!
Monday- Treadmill 1.5 miles hills
Tuesday-boot camp with Sarah abs and legs
Wednesday-rest, worked late
Thursday-meeting, worked late
Friday-run on treadmill 30 minutes
Saturday-run on treadmill 30 minutes
So, I worked a lot last week which means that I had a lot of treadmill time. I am working up to 3 miles on the treadmill but I seem to just fizzle after about 2 miles. My goal for next week is to get up to 2.5 miles with no stops. Seems doable, right?!?
