Weekly workout roundup

I know I am a little late with the weekly roundup but I have  been so busy. I feel like a broken record lately but it is true. I have a little bit of a backlog of posts that I just have to get to so please forgive me. I will catch up sometime…maybe…ahem.

Just a little preview, I went to the University of Michigan Pulmonary update last week, then Joshua’s 22nd birthday (I cannot believe it!), and have been working out like a crazy person. Not sure what has gotten into me!

Anyway, here is the week in workouts.

Sunday- run with Harley in the woods-2 hours
Monday-walk with Harley
Tuesday-boot camp with Sarah
Wednesday- run with Harley- 2 hours
Thursday- 1 mile run on treadmill in 13 minutes, walk for the rest of the 30 minutes
Friday- walk on treadmill at variable inclines x 45 minutes
Saturday-walk with Mom, Nathan, Dave and the pups x 45 minutes

Sorry, no pictures this time. I am just so lucky to have this post up and now I am off to bed. Good night!
