It is that time again. I cannot believe how fast the weeks are flying by! I am working this weekend and am in the middle of a 7 day long working stint, so my postings have been few and far between. Sorry.
Here is the week in workouts:
Sunday- running with Harley at the park 45 minutes
Monday- holiday rest
Tuesday- boot camp with Sarah arms and abs
Wednesday- stairs at work.
Friday- day off. I was so tired!
Saturday- walk with Harley, lots of hills
Well, that is better but still not great. 🙂 My goal is to workout at least 5 times weekly, but life is always getting in the way. I hope when the summer is over it will be easier as I won’t feel the need to can all the produce that comes out of my garden :0 Hope you have a great week.
