Workup Roundup

009 (8)We are both very tired pandas today.

After last week where I realized that I had been a bump on a log, it was time to get it in gear. So, here is the week in workouts.

Sunday– boot camp

50 jumping jacks

2 minutes each of : squat jumps, mountain climbers, burpees, repeated x 3 with 10 seconds rest in between each one

plank 60 seconds

100 crunches

50 pulse crunches

50 lying toe crunches

100 bicycle crunches

60 seconds plank

50 jumping jacks

Monday– stairs at work

Tuesday– boot camp with Sarah

Weds– rest

Thursday– rest

Friday– rest- had to take Harley to the vet again, poor guy

Saturday-out of town

We are very sleepy!

We are very sleepy!

The week started out a much better week for working out but then fizzled. I am hoping to get a treadmill in the near future (mine is really pretty worn out) so then you will see more running workouts in the future!
