More camaro pics!

021 (3) I am not sure where to even start today. This weekend has been such a blur, and I am not sure why. It started out with ending a week that was SUPER SLOW at work. Actually, I kept thinking it was going to be super slow at the hospital because I only had a couple of patients on my list in the mornings, and I actually thought maybe I could take a vacation day and not come in. Then, sadly, the doctors I work with always found me something to do 🙂  I cannot complain though. I didn’t need the time off anyway. IMG_0070 Harley would have liked it though. He was super sad all week having to be home by himself.   On Friday night I made sesame chicken and LOVED IT!  I only make this a couple of times yearly because it is not the best for us health wise (all the fried chicken and what not), but I had a hankering for it.

Saturday I had planned on going raspberry picking but Nathan woke up and thought it was a great day to go Camaro photo shooting.  I love…love…love to take pictures downtown in Rockford, so he didn’t have to beg too much.  Usually I make Nathan take me out to breakfast after a photo shoot, but it was getting busy downtown so I took a rain check. We ended up stopping by the farmers market while we were down there and I got lots of salad fixins, so I am a happy girl.

We came home and I gardened for a couple hours with Harley (the weeds were out of control), and then relaxed for the rest of the day. I am working on a new dog bed for Harley so I will show it to you guys when I am done. IMG_0316 Today we went grocery shopping (and spent way too much at Meijer, by the way!!). I finished off the day today by meal prepping for the week (washing all the produce, chopping, making rice, etc) and napping a little. There is not anything like a nap in the middle of a Sunday! IMG_0526 I hope you all have a great week.
